Provide your group with the opportunity to become an honorary Newfoundlander by participating in a “Screech-In” ceremony.  It is a fun filled, informative event that describes the history of trade in salt fish and rum and the many cultural influences it has stamped on the people of this island. Guests pay homage to both the fish which brought us to the island and the rum that keeps us here.
