Carl was an excellent and fulfilling tour guide, involved in almost every step of the process and chock full of great knowledge.This tour I found especially worth it because it took us to Cape Spear, Quidi Vidi, Signal Hill, and throughout the downtown area. If you are staying in St. John's for a few days, start with this tour. Pick up is easy and the bus is comfortable. Bring your water though as there is some easy hiking involved and we happened to be there on a hot day. I would definitely suggest this tour to any newcomer to the island - or any Newfoundlander needing to connect with their biggest city!

Was very impressed with the professionalism from this tour operator. All the way from Kara, who took my reservation over the phone to the tour guide Tom. The tour started by Tom picking us up (5 of us), at different hotels where we stayed throughout the city of St Johns. You can tell Tom has done this gig for a long time. He knows so much about the history of the area that it’s scary! All the way from Cape Spears to Quidi Vidi to Signal Hill, I was surprised at the amount of history that St John’s has in the fabric of Canadiana. It is because of days like this, I am really happy I visited St Johns this week.
Obviously, I am giving this Day Tour company a 5 star rating. Give it a shot if you are on the fence, you won’t be disappointed.

We spent the morning with Larry on this tour. Funny it's called a St. John's tour as we spent as much time at Cape Spear and Petty Harbour as we did in St. John's. This is a full value tour. Three hours flew by. Larry was very knowledgeable and threw in a joke now and again. I highly recommend this tour if you have only half a day to spend here, or just need a great introduction. Thanks Larry!
